THU CHALLENGE_TEMPLE

So the idea is to show a clan of monks that lives in an ancient temple that build within an abandoned city.

REPRESENTATION:

An ancient temple to represent my culture as a Chinese that's been around for a long period of time and spreading to every corner on earth. (Just look at how many China town there is in different countries, freaking insane!)

Overgrowth represent how nature influence my work, look around and you will realize how nature is the best reference for concept art, lighting, mood, color, shapes, designs. Also hinting on how people slowly forgotten their culture due to modern society cultures.

City represent modern society and a contrast in the image.

Monks represent me/my clan who lives harmony with nature, culture and modern day society. Why monks? because monk are good in balancing. (All them monk philosophy and Shaolin training, its so crazy I felt like i can do math very well.)
