Kimura City @2018
This was the 1st environment biome we designed during the prototype stage, we had yet to discover a proper workflow for concept art at that time. We started by exploring the look of the game with key art & in-game mockups.
What I explored & proposed:
- Had the opportunity to be involved in level design while figuring out how the city looks like.
- Proposed 2 key gameplay mechanics: The Exploding petrol station & The iconic tall building.
- Proposed the weathering system for Kaiju's S-class. (During S class, the environment changes in color/weather.)
- Create an Art brief for 3D modeller for set dressing and modeling.
